How to find us
To reach Chia by car from Cagliari airport.take the Cagliari airport, after the roundabout take Via Trasvolatori and take the SS to the right. 130. After about 1 km turn right onto SS. 195, in the direction of DOMUS DE MARIA. Continue straight for 50 km until the junction for Chia and turn left. Continue for 5 km on the right you will find the Chia Laguna and on the left you will find a large dirt parking, take the uphill road to the right of it.
Reach Chia by car from Cagliari Harbor. From the port of Cagliari, taking the avenue to Playa you immediately take the SS 195 towards Pula. Continue straight for 45 km until the junction for Chia and turn left.Follow for 5 km on the right you will find the Chia Laguna and on the left you will find a large dirt parking, take the road uphill to the right of it.
Getting to Chia by public transport from Cagliari airport, port and city centre from the airport you can reach the city centre via a shuttle service that connects the airport departing every 30 minutes and from the square Matteotti, at the bus station, take that direct to Chia / Domus de Maria / Teulada. Chia is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Surf, wind surfing, kite surfing, paddle, canoeing and many more. The beaches have numerous bathing establishments to enable sporty tourists to practice them.
For horse lovers, there is the possibility of horse riding along the coast or on the mountains of Domus de Maria immersed in the smells of Mediterranean scrub.
There is a possibility to organize boat trips or rent a dinghy and admire the coast directly on the sea. For beach lovers, you can rent a comfortable umbrella with a sun lounger and enjoy the wonderful beaches of Chia.
A few kilometers away, to the village of Domus de Maria you can explore the Is Cannoneris mountain and organize a picnic immersed among the scents of leccio plants (typical of the Mediterranean). You can also observe the majestic deer.
